As promised, here are the recipes we shared on our Big Game Snack Spectacular. They aren't all the exact recipes we've made but they are the best ones that we could find online!
And my mom's stuffed sandwiches aren't on-line anywhere so here's the recipe:
1 lb. Grated Cheddar Cheese
2 small Onions-Chopped
Garlic To Taste
2 small Cans Diced Green Chili Peppers
1 Can Chopped Olives
1 small (8oz) Can Tomatoe Sauce
1 lb. Ground Beef
2 Dozen Small French Rolls.
Directions
Brown meat & onion; drain. Mix with other ingredients. Slice rolls in half and pull out some of the bread. Stuff with filling and wrap in foil. Pack in roaster and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. (Mom-Note: *Good make-ahead food, I have even frozen them.) - AJ
